// Docs
The help assistant.
The help page has a chat pane where Klyr answers support questions itself. It is the product doing its own support: you ask, it answers, and every answer links the doc page it came from.
What it knows
Exactly what you can read here: these public docs — getting started, memory, workspace and sources, connectors, imports, billing, the terminal primer, troubleshooting. Nothing else.
What it cannot see
- Your account or your memory. The assistant runs on a public surface with no access to any member workspace. It cannot look up your subscription, your data, or whether your install succeeded.
- The internet. It does not browse or use outside knowledge. If the docs do not cover your question, it says so and points you to support instead of guessing.
Limits
The chat is free to use and unauthenticated, so it is deliberately capped: a few messages per minute per visitor, a daily cap per visitor, and a shared daily capacity. If it tells you it is out of capacity, come back later or just email us.
When to email instead
Anything about your specific account, a payment, a bug, or something the assistant said it does not know: write to [email protected]. A human reads every message.
