Klyr is a subscription service that gives you a private AI memory and assistant. Pay for it and it is yours to use for your own work. Your memory is private by architecture — we cannot read it. Use it lawfully, do not resell it, and understand that AI output is a tool, not an oracle. If something breaks, our responsibility is bounded to what you paid us.
Klyr is operated by Asio Services, a company based in France. Klyr is software you run — a plugin for your AI coding environment — paired with an optional hosted memory service we operate in the EU. These terms cover both the website and the service.
You own your data. Klyr does not claim ownership of anything you store, connect, or create with it, and we never use your content to train any model. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms. You are responsible for having the right to use any content or third-party account (for example a Google Drive) you connect to Klyr.
Use Klyr for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
We may suspend access that puts the service, its infrastructure, or other members at risk.
Klyr connects to services you choose — such as Google Drive, and payment via Stripe. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them. When you connect an account, you authorize Klyr to access it only as needed to provide the feature you asked for, and you can disconnect it at any time.
The Klyr software, brand, and website are ours (or our licensors'). Your subscription gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Klyr while it is active. It does not transfer any ownership of the software to you.
Klyr uses AI. Its output can be wrong, incomplete, or unsuitable for a given purpose — treat it as an assistant, not a source of truth, and check anything that matters before you rely on it. The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Asio Services is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost data, profits, or business. Our total liability for any claim relating to Klyr is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.
You can stop using Klyr and cancel at any time. We may suspend or end access if you materially breach these terms or put the service at risk; where reasonable we will tell you why and give you a chance to fix it. On termination, the data-handling described in the Privacy Policy applies.
Klyr is evolving, and these terms may change. If we make a material change we will note it here and, where required, ask again for your agreement. Continuing to use Klyr after a change means you accept it.
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts of France, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live. Questions? [email protected].
