Billing & your subscription.
Buying
You buy through the payment link on the site. It opens a standard Stripe checkout: enter your card, done. Stripe handles the payment; we never see your card details.
VAT
Prices are shown HT (excl. VAT): Klyr Individual is 500€ HT per month, or 5,000€ HT per year. VAT is added at checkout based on your country.
Buying as a business? Enter your VAT number at checkout. Reverse charge applies and no VAT is added to the invoice.
After payment
Provisioning is automatic. Your private memory space is created right after checkout, and you receive a welcome email with your sign-in steps. The short version: open Claude Code and run /klyr:login with the email that received the welcome email. That address is what your access is tied to: one address is one clone. Signing in from another machine, or buying again with the same address while your clone exists, always brings you back to that same clone, never to a second one.
If you bought twice with the same address before 14 October 2026 and ended up with two clones, write to [email protected]: we join them into one.
Invoices
Invoices come from Stripe, by email, for every payment. Nothing to request.
Cancelling
Cancel anytime; your access runs until the end of the billing period you already paid for.
Until your paid period ends, everything works as before, including exporting your memory yourself: ask your clone to export your conversation history and your dormant memory to files (see Your clone's memory). This is the moment to take your copy, with nobody else involved.
When your subscription ends, your access stops and your hosted data enters a 30-day grace window: it stays on our servers, untouched. The window starts when your subscription ends — the end of your paid billing period — not the moment you cancel: cancel on the 15th with a period paid through the 30th, and the 30 days count from the 30th. That same day we email your account address the exact date your data will be deleted. During the window your clone can no longer sign in, so the export is on request: reply to that email, or write to [email protected] from your account email, and we send you the full bundle — your memory database and your vault index, in open formats. Your data is never deleted unless we have a record that this email was sent to you, or that you were told another way.
Coming back within those 30 days? Subscribe again with the same address: you get the same clone back, memory intact, nothing to restore. Then sign in again with /klyr:login on each of your machines: the sign-ins you had ended with the old subscription.
After the window closes, it is permanently deleted from our servers — gone for good, by design. A new subscription then starts a new clone. Your identity files and workspace were always plain files on your machine, so everything local stays yours no matter what.
