Kloned: your team and your clone.
Kloned works alongside your Klyr clone. When your plan includes Kloned, you can bring the people who write with you, an executive assistant or a ghost writer, into your Kloned workspace.
Use Kloned from your clone
When your plan includes Kloned, Kloned's tools appear in the Klyr connection your Claude Code already has. There is nothing to install and no second sign-in: ask your clone to list the creators you follow or check their outliers, and it works in your Kloned workspace for you.
- Kloned's tools are named
kloned_...(for examplekloned_creator_list), next to your memory tools. - Kloned decides which tools your workspace gets: reading is always there, and changes need the Kloned module on your workspace. A change Kloned does not allow is refused by Kloned.
- Klyr never hands Kloned your own sign-in. Each request carries a short signed proof of who you are, valid for seconds and good for that one request.
- They act in your own workspace. Workspaces you were invited into are reached through the Kloned app for now.
- If Kloned is unreachable, its tools are missing from the list or answer
[kloned error]; your other Klyr tools keep working. Reconnect Klyr in Claude Code (/mcp) to refresh the list once Kloned is back.
Invite someone
- In Kloned, open your workspace and invite the person by email.
- Klyr emails them an invitation with a link to Kloned.
- They open Kloned, choose Sign in with Klyr, and enter the address you invited. Klyr emails them a one-time sign-in link, like yours.
Klyr accepts an invitation only from an account whose plan includes Kloned. Who in a workspace may invite (the owner) is a Kloned rule, enforced by Kloned.
What the person you invite gets
If they already have a Klyr account they can sign in with, nothing new is created: they sign in to Kloned with that account. They get the same invitation email as anyone else.
Otherwise the invitation creates a free Klyr sign-in for that address. It needs no subscription and has no memory and no clone. With it they can:
- sign in with Klyr to Kloned, which then shows them the workspaces they were invited to;
- sign in to other apps that use Sign in with Klyr, which see it with every paid feature off.
They cannot use it to reach any Klyr memory, connect Claude Code or claude.ai to a clone, send or read clone-to-clone messages, or invite anyone.
Your memory stays yours
An invited person never joins your Klyr account. Their sign-in is their own, so it cannot open your clone's memory, your conversations or your archive. What they see in Kloned is what the workspace shares with them.
Good to know
- Inviting the same address twice is safe: they keep the same account and get the invitation again.
- Invitation limits: each workspace account can send 30 invitations an hour and 20 a day, and at most 3 a day to the same address; one address receives invitations from at most 10 different accounts a day.
- If someone you invited later buys Klyr with the same address, they sign in to Kloned with their paid account from then on. Kloned may need to add them to your workspace again.
